UK returns and local logistics support are handled by ONYX INTERNATIONAL LTD, 27 Old Gloucester St, London WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom.

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for shopping in the Onyx online store and apply to both consumers and business customers.

We process customer data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.


2. ONLINE SERVICES

In our store you can:

  • create an account – free and active until you delete it,
  • place orders using an online order form,
  • sign up to our newsletter – you can unsubscribe at any time.

To use the store, you need access to the Internet, an email address and a standard browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge). Cookies and JavaScript should be enabled.

Please use the store lawfully and do not submit unlawful or offensive content.

If something does not work correctly, contact us:

3. SALES

A sales contract is created once we confirm your order by email.

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Order confirmations are sent by email and stored electronically.

In the case of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order.


4. PAYMENT

You can pay using:

  • Visa, MasterCard or American Express,
  • PayPal – according to PayPal’s terms,
  • Shop Pay,
  • Google Pay (G Pay).

You have 7 days to complete payment. Orders not paid within this time may be cancelled.


5. DELIVERY

We deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

Order processing usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method and carrier.

Shipping costs depend on the weight of the parcel and the delivery method. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

6. COMPLAINTS

Products should match the description and be free from faults, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If something is wrong with your order, you can submit a complaint:

  • a description of the issue,
  • your preferred solution (for example replacement or refund),
  • your contact details.

We respond as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days. If we do not reply within this time, the complaint is treated as accepted.

Under UK law, you also have:

  • 30 days to reject faulty goods,
  • a 6-month presumption that a fault present at that time was there on delivery, unless we prove otherwise.

If you are a UK consumer, you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return the product in unused and undamaged condition. Unless we state otherwise, the cost of return is paid by the customer.

We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • opened cosmetic products (for hygiene reasons),
  • customised or personalised items,
  • digital content once download access has been provided.

If a product is faulty or delivered incorrectly, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund, regardless of the above exclusions.


9. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS

This section applies to purchases made by business customers.

We may cancel a business order within 14 days in the event of technical or logistical issues.

We are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.

Risk passes to the buyer once the parcel is handed to the courier.

Disputes will be resolved by the courts competent for our company’s registered seat.


10. PERSONAL DATA

We process personal data in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We use your data to process orders and – if you agree – to send newsletters and marketing information.

You have the right to:

  • access, correct or delete your data,
  • object to the use of your data for marketing,
  • file a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): www.ico.org.uk

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

Contracts concluded in the store are governed by English law.

If we change these Terms and Conditions, we will inform you by email or on our website.

Changes do not affect orders placed before the new terms take effect.
