We offer reliable delivery throughout the United Kingdom. All orders placed on uk.onyxtan.com are sold by ONYX INTERNATIONAL sp. z o.o. and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre operated by ONYX INTERNATIONAL LTD.

As orders are dispatched locally within the UK, customers will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or import charges upon delivery. Delivery typically takes 1–5 working days, depending on your location.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1 working day, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where available.

Delivery Options & Charges

We currently offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Shipping – £4.95
    Estimated delivery within 1–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Free Shipping
    Available for all orders of £45.00 or more, with estimated delivery within 1–5 working days from dispatch.

The applicable delivery charge will be displayed automatically during checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery is estimated to take 1–5 working days from dispatch. Working days do not include weekends or UK bank holidays.

Delivery may take slightly longer during busy periods, including Christmas, promotional events or severe weather conditions.

Order Tracking & Updates

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where tracking is available, the email will include a tracking link allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our customer support team and include your order number.

Delivery Areas within the UK

We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including most mainland locations and many remote areas. Deliveries to the following locations may require additional time:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle of Man
  • Channel Islands

If your postcode cannot be served, this will be indicated during checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that all delivery details are entered correctly during checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may be delayed and additional redelivery charges may apply.
