Onyx Tan at FIBO 2019

The beginning of April is a time that all #gymfreaks associate with the international FIBO trade fair, held for years in Cologne. From April 4th to 7th, representatives of leading brands in the fitness and wellness industry converged on Germany. Among the exhibitors, a large group of representatives from companies offering tanning salon products was a must. The Onyx team was also there!

This year's FIBO attracted a record number of visitors – a staggering 145,000! Last year's attendance was slightly lower, down by 2,000. Representatives from 133 countries attended (12 more than last year). The 1,005 exhibitors from 49 countries attended. German visitors were prominent among the visitors, but a significant number – over half of all attendees – traveled from abroad. This underscores the international nature of the event, which is growing year on year. FIBO is held at Messeplatz, a facility offering 160,000 square meters of exhibition space.

There was no shortage of attractions! Surrounded by the best products from the wellness and fitness industry, visitors could test out top-of-the-line equipment, from dumbbells and innovative treadmills to tanning beds and other equipment never before seen. Of course, there was also a wide range of food products, sports nutrition products, clothing, and accessories.

Our team's stand was located in Hall 8. There we had the opportunity to meet our regular customers and gain many new friends of the brand.

It was a pleasure to meet everyone in person and introduce so many new people to our products. We were incredibly pleased with the large number of people who visited, and we hope these connections will lead to long-term collaborations and friendships.
